("Agency," "we," "our," or "us") and the client ("you" or "your") regarding the planning, booking, and management of luxury travel experiences. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Scope of ServicesWe provide professional travel consultation and booking services, including but not limited to:• Luxury cruises, resorts, and boutique hotels• Private and small-group travel experiences• Custom-tailored itineraries and concierge services• Flights, transfers, and exclusive excursions
3. Booking & Payment• A non-refundable planning fee may be required before commencing travel arrangements. This fee is separate from the cost of travel services and covers research, consultation, and itinerary development.• Full or partial payment for bookings may be required at the time of reservation, depending on supplier terms.• Payments must be made via approved methods (credit/debit cards as designated payment options).
4. Pricing & Availability• Prices are subject to availability and can change without notice until full payment is made.• Quotes are valid for a limited period as specified in the proposal.• We are not responsible for pricing errors or changes imposed by travel suppliers.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds• Cancellation and modification policies are subject to the terms of each travel supplier (airline, cruise line, hotel, etc.).• If you need to cancel or modify a booking, supplier-imposed fees may apply in addition to any agency service fees.• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the policies of the travel supplier and may take several weeks to process.• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations and disruptions.
6. Travel Documents & Requirements• Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for their destinations.• We are not liable for denied boarding, immigration issues, or trip interruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
7. Travel Insurance• We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected events.• If you decline travel insurance, you assume all risks associated with travel disruptions.
8. Liability & Disclaimer• We act solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.) and are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or service failures of third-party providers.• We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.• Force majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or changes due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or civil unrest.
9. Client ResponsibilitiesBy booking through us, you agree to:• Provide accurate personal and payment information.• Comply with the terms of travel suppliers and government regulations.• Notify us promptly of any issues related to your travel plans.
10. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
11. AmendmentsWe reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be available on our website or provided upon request.
